- Once you have sent us the return message, we will send you a return slip on your mail. You just put it on the item and hand it in.
- Once we receive your return item, we will send you the replacement item.
“I regretted and would like the money back”
Because we have high cost of shipping due to the large size of our products. Then you have to pay the cost of your return shipping yourself if you want the money back.
You have 14 days to cancel. You can therefore get the money back for your purchase, for up to 14 days after you receive the item.
We can send you a return label. The price of this will then just be deducted from your refund.
You must continue to submit your return in our form on this page. Therefore, always remember to check the products as soon as you receive them.

We handle each case very seriously, as we only want the best products out of our customers.
In most cases, we would like to see the error ourselves before we can decide what is going to happen.
As a starting point, you will have to pay for your complaints back and forth. If we find that there is a defect in the product, we will send you a new one and pay the cost of your shipping.
